With over 8 years of dedicated experience in Pain Medicine, Dr. Titiksha is passionate about helping patients overcome pain and reclaim their quality of life. She is adept at diagnosing and managing a wide spectrum of chronic pain conditions, including back pain, sciatica, slip disc, arthritis, cervical pain, muscular pain, trigeminal neuralgia, post-surgical pain, neuropathic pain, nerve entrapment and palliative & cancer-related pain.
Dr. Titiksha specializes in minimally invasive, fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided procedures such as nerve blocks, radiofrequency ablation, and regenerative therapies, offering safe and effective alternatives to surgery.

Professionally, she has served as a Consultant in leading hospitals across Delhi and Chandigarh for over three years. She is also a Life Member of the International Association for the Study of Pain (IASP), Indian Society for the Study of Pain (ISSP), and Indian Society of Pain Clinicians (ISPC).
She has been invited as faculty and has presented her research at national and international conferences. She stays actively engaged with the latest research and advancements in the field, ensuring her patients receive evidence-based, comprehensive, and patient-centric pain management.
